Adium update adds Facebook chat

Popular instant messaging client, Adium, has been updated to version 1.3, adding a digit of new features including the ability to login to Facebook chat.

Adium’s Contact Inspector has undergone a complete overhaul giving you a more useful eye of combined contacts. Those contacts are now managed in the contact desire and automatically expand when inspected.

Facebook chat has also been added to the application, no more than one limitation to the make is that you will be logged out of Facebook when you use chat via Adium.

Adium now uses MSN-Pecan, giving the application support for personal messages using that service. Other performance enhancements to the application were also made to help improve overall speed.
