Ranging in price from $99 to $169, PhotoTrackr products are external peripherals designed to work with digital cameras. When you take pictures the PhotoTrackr tags them with Global Positioning System (GPS) data in the way that you know where the images were taken. The device supports Google Earth, can send out NMEA and GPX info from the GPS log files, and works with geotagging software. It’s also integrated with Flickr, Picasa Web Albums and SmugMug.

PhotoTrackr for Mac features photo contrivance and editing capabilities, a Flash-based slideshow maker, photo Web album and other functions. The Pro interpretation removes PhotoTrackr promotion text in Flash movies and Web galleries, offers more customization options to procreate Flash galleries, removes limitations on Lightbox Web passage creation and photo location data, adds an EXIF tool to merge notes, keywords and GPS metadata into JPEG files, and more.
