DMX lighting controls come to iPhone
Digital Multiplex (DMX) lighting is commonly used for stage shows, in theater and live music performances. Now SyntheFX has developed Luminair, an application for the iPhone and iPod touch that lets you control DMX lighting over a Wi-Fi netting. It’s available now from the App Store and costs $99.

Luminair uses Artistic License’s Art-Net protocol very Wi-Fi. It enables your iPhone or iPod touch to bestow. with other hardware and software over the network, providing a touch-board channel layout, multi-track, touch-enabled mixer and data analyzer.
You can also save and resuscitate fixtures and projects to quickly set up intelligent lighting networks for the next gig. The software incorporates master black out controls, support for unlimited output tracks, real-time blush manipulation with “Color Changer” chamfer layout, and the ability to save fixtures by means of manufacturer and model.
