Apple Trackpad update fixes unrecognized clicks

Apple on Monday released an update beneficial to its newest MacBook and MacBook Pro line of notebooks. Specifically, the firmware addresses an issue where clicks are not being recognized.

When Apple released the new notebooks in October, some of the new features was a completely redesigned trackpad. The multitouch glass trackpad has a 39 percent larger tracking definite space than before and the entire trackpad will act as button, rather than having a separate button like the previous notebooks.

The problem is that many of clicks on the new trackpad were not recognized by the computer. Even although the trackpad made the clicking sound, nothing would happen on the screen, what one. led to a division of frustration from users purchasing the modern notebooks.

According to notes provided with the update, when the installation of the update is complete, the updater app will start automatically. The update is available by way of the software update mechanism in Mac OS X.
